Happy New Year my peoples!
So wow, it’s 2014. Kinda krazy, isn’t it? Just where did the entire year of 2013 go anyway? It flashed by and just like that, we’re in 2014. I really love New Years Day, especially because it feels like a new beginning. And especially in the last two years, I’ve really tackled new things. As always, my goal is to better myself in as many ways as possible. And in 2014, I’ll need to embrace change too.
Sooo before I get way too ahead of myself, welcome to the Ajaxxx.com January 2014 Opinions Column! This is the sole spot on the planet earth where you can get into my brain to find out wsup. For those that’re new to the site, welcome and glad to have you aboard. For those that’re returning, WELCOME BACK! I won’t make this post wayyy too long (especially since I wrote an essay and a half in the 2013 Year in Review), but I will touch on some things. And with that said, what’s in store for 2014?
I’ve got a lot of things that I wanna do this year. Like what Jaxxx? I’m glad you asked. Well, I need to be a lot more aggressive with the music…so I’ve set out to release a minimum of four upcoming music videos this year. In addition, I plan to finally release my album “Something to Prove.” And of course, I’ll be busy in other areas of music including collaborations, performances, and more. It’s going to be super exciting and I can’t waitttttttttttt.
I’ve got more planned too. I’m gonna start working on websites more actively, release new videos for my video blog, and get back into drawing too. I’ve longed to get back into creative things throughout 2013 and this will be the year that I get back to the basics. I’ve already got the ball rolling and it feels great.
All in all, I’ve gotta change the way I do things in order to make the progress I wanna make. And in order to do THAT, I gotta embrace the change. It may be difficult but it’ll be worth it. And while I’ll continue to do the things that I was doing in 2013 including gym’ing, reading, traveling, and learning a new language, I’ll add to the list with some of the new goals for 2014. Yes, this’ll make me busier than ever but it’s worth it. Time isn’t slowing down so why should I? Namean??
