Orlando, FL – With the video for “Blow” now live and online, Ajaxxx recently sat down with SimplyBhangra.com, one of the premiere Desi websites on the web, to talk about everything from the new video to the next single to how he feels about the Urban Desi scene.

“I’ve always placed an emphasis on the music first, so when I hear some of these guys rapping about these overdone topics without any thought or creativity behind it, it’s hard for me to listen. I find it hard to believe that half these guys would exist outside of the Desi scene. I’m not calling anybody out directly, but I hope that the artists in our scene rise above that and escape the generic bubble.”

First, we brought you the popular Ride It Remix. Today, we bring to you the Ride It Remix video, featuring the sensuous vocals of R&B singer Jay Sean combined with the enticing rhymes of rapper Ajaxxx. The video creatively places Ajaxxx‘s verse into Jay Sean’s song. As ‘Jaxxx steps to the mic, he raps, “I’m chillin’ with some women and sippin’ on my drink, Bacardi and lime, that’s when we had our eyes link,” escalating the seductive mood the song sets.
Since Jay Sean released the video for “Ride It,” and perhaps even before, many have attempted to rap over its alluring beat. None, however, have truly been convincing. Search YouTube or Google for “Ride It Remix” and you’ll find nothing remotely comparable to Ajaxxx’s version. He tackles the track with a smooth and nonchalant flow, but at the same time keeps it grown and sexy.

Orlando, FL – The 8th and final Music Monday brings you a serious Ajaxxx delivering extra personal rhymes about his life. Rocking over the Kanye West “Runaway” track, ‘Jaxxx tackles some serious topics on this one. “Whenever I do songs like these, it’s never easy,” explains Ajaxxx. “From relationships to my career, I had a lot of stuff I wanted to get off my chest. And so, that’s what I did.”
Music Mondays will feature a new Ajaxxx track every Monday for eight weeks, which will lead up to the relaunch of Ajaxxx.com and the release of the new Ajaxxx music video.
