Que pasa mi gente! I recently traveled to Miami where I kicked a freestyle on the beach (where else, right?). I had a lot of fun taking in the sun and getting lyrical at the same time. It was quite the challenge rapping on the sand, but ya gotta do what ya gotta do. Anyway, check out my latest and let me know what you think.
That’s right my peoples, the music video for “One of a Kind” just made its television premiere on V-MIX, where it was seen alllllllll across Canada. V-MIX, by Facebook definition, is “Canada’s first national TV show covering contemporary South Asian artists and music videos, while also providing Canadian musicians and amateur performers a platform to showcase themselves.” Special thanks to DJ Ra as always!

Expectations. Despite how often I remind myself not to have them, they seem to creep up from time to time. Most of the time, whenever we have expectations they don’t turn out how we expected (at least that’s been my experience). So one day I decided to not have them anymore. If you don’t have expectations, you can’t be let down, right? Despite all that though, I still continue to have them. I guess it’s human nature or something…or maybe it’s just my ambition. Whatever the case, I find myself wavering when I think about it and felt the need to talk about it. Oh expectations…
