I’ve talked about this before, but I felt the need to talk about it again (especially with Thanksgiving just a few days ago). This month, I wanna talk about feeling thankful.
Before that though, I’d like to welcome you to the Ajaxxx.com November 2017 Opinions Column. It’s here that I talk about whatever’s on my mind, and this month is no different. Sooo let’s get right into it.
As Thanksgiving just passed us and December quickly approaching, I can’t help but reflect upon the year and feel thankful for it all. While I won’t get TOO much into the year (I’ll save that for my Year-in-Review), there’s a ton to be thankful for. Whether it’s your family, friends, or just the simple fact that you’re here and reading this…whatever it is…you’ve got a lot to say thanks about. For me, it’s all of those things and more.
I guess the reason I’m even thinking about this is because of how much is going on. While there are some moments where things are slow or life is dragging, lately there’s just been so much going on. And while I could stop and complain like damn, there’s so many things pulling me in so many directions…I’d rather have the excitement over the dullness. Well, sometimes lol. But yeah, it’s been a good year and I’m still in a good place so I’m thankful.
What else am I thankful about? How about this new Avengers: Infinity War trailer? Haha. I feel like the Opinions Column has gotten away from talking about what’s going on in the world, whether music, movies, or whatever else. So, what a perfect way to get back with this amazing trailer lol. You know me, I’m a big comic head and this just blew it away. I’ve posted it here.
While on the topics of videos (and the Avengers), I’m also thankful that I recently dropped my “Thor: Ragnarok” movie review. Talk about a seamless transition haha. But yeah, I’ve ALSO posted it below in case you missed it.
Overall, I’m just thankful for all I have. Whether it’s my health, the people I’m around, or even simply the fact that I’m able to realize all of this, there’s a lot. I hope that this also encourages you to be thankful for what you have (and don’t have).
