Getting a home recording studio set-up sometimes takes more than one video 😁

In parts 1 and 2, I got my desk, computer, and recording equipment set up. In this one, i’m going back and adding more acoustic treatment to the walls to improve the sound, along with doing a mic check.

While it’s important to set goals and get started, it’s just as important to adjust your plan when things aren’t going the way you planned. Hopefully this video shows you what I mean.

Whatup y’all? From the Justin Timberlake single “Filthy” produced by JT, Timbaland, and Danja, I put together a rap remix to listen to. Check out the video for it below.

Marvel Studios releases the highly-anticipated and super hyped up “Black Panther”, a movie I had been looking forward to for awhile. So did it live up to the hype? While I’d say yes for the most part, it wasn’t perfect. The characters and story were solid, but I felt some stuff was glossed over in the process.

Take a listen to my latest movie rap review to hear what I thought.

So what did you think of the movie?

Ever wonder what it takes to get a recording home studio set up?

In part 1, I got my desk and computer set up. In this, I focused on getting my recording set up back up and running. From the interface and studio monitors to mic and acoustic treatment, there are a bunch of things needed for a home studio. Actually, every set up is unique and different things work for different people…this is just what works for me.

This will be the temp set up for now as I figure out what to do about the long-term one.

Remember, the first step is always getting started!

One of the most important things is just getting started!

I spent some time to get my set up back up and running. From the desk to computer to recording equipment, I got everything hooked back up. I ran into some issues at the end, but nothing major that I wasn’t able to figure out. This will be the temp set up for now.

Remember, the first step is always getting started!

In part 2, I’ll spend more time with getting the recording part set up (including the mic and acoustic treatment).
