In Episode 9, The Skywalker saga comes to an end with Star: Wars: The Rise of Skywalker.

While there has been a lot of criticism on how the trilogy concluded, I enjoyed it. Was it perfect? No. And did it suffer because of Episode 8? I’d say so. Even with some of those issues, it manages to be a fun ride with action, humor, and a great soundtrack. I enjoyed how this film reunites the core team, while drawing parallels to the original trilogy.

They say that in order to behave differently, you have to think differently. Whether that’s looking at things from a different perspective, or approaching things in a brand new way, these types of moves can help you progress more effectively. And whether it’s moving more efficiently, or cutting out the clutter, there’s lots of things we can do to become better versions of ourselves. Basically what I’m trying to say is…maybe we can benefit from a mindset change.

Have you ever driven at night when it’s foggy? Like, really foggy? It’s not easy to drive in those kinds of conditions. You gotta slow down, look out for others, and proceed with caution. Basically, when your vision gets clouded, it makes it more difficult to get to your destination. I think about a person’s health in the same way. And for that reason, it’s really important to have a clear mind.
