With half of the year already behind us, I thought I’d take a moment out to share an update of what’s been going on with me. As it’s the middle of the year, it’s also a great opportunity to step back and see what’s working and what’s not. It’s good from time to time to revisit your goals, especially to make sure you’re moving forward and in the right direction.
In this video, I share six helpful tips to stay focused for the new year. I’ve implemented them myself and have seen how much they improve efficiency and productivity, and wanted to share with you too.
It’s around that time of the year when people forget about New Year’s resolutions…hopefully this video can help with some of that.

Happy New Year everyone! Can you believe it’s 2020? The new year is a great time to hit the reset button, reevaluate goals, and figure out what you want to accomplish this year. While those are all good actions to take, what about the “how” part? Specifically, how do you stay focused to get everything done? Anddd, how do you maintain it? Well, let’s talk about it. Let’s talk about 2020 vision.

It’s easy to waver, change up, and even lose sight of why you’re going in the direction you’re going in. Life is full of distractions that will pull you in a lot of different ways. So how do you handle it? Do you give in to those outside forces? Or do you trust the plan you set out for yourself? In my opinion, you take that plan…and you trust it.

It’s really easy to get sidetracked and deterred by the opinions of others. From negative energy to spreading judgement, listening to other’s opinions and giving it too much attention can really weigh you down…especially when it’s not helpful. You know what you want and you know your passion, right? So why then do we give other’s the right to bring us down? We won’t. Let’s not give our energy to the negative things that people think.
